Shipping Policy

When do you ship?

Orders are shipped Monday - Friday.  We make attempts to get orders out the same day but expect a 1-2 day handling time.

Please keep in mind if a production lead time is displayed for items, the earliest they will ship is the first business day past the time estimate.  You will receive an email to notify you that your order has shipped.

Where do you ship to? 

We ship domestically as well as internationally to select countries (currently 14 countries, displayed at checkout). If you have a question about international, domestic shipments, or shipments going to Canada, please email support@pupsupllc.com.

How do you ship? 

Most of our orders ship via USPS. We can ship UPS or FEDEX upon request.

Small orders going to Canada and internationally will almost always be sent by USPS Priority Mail International to help save on shipping cost and brokerage fees. 

What are your rates to ship? 

Rates will be displayed during the checkout process.  In the event an alternate means of shipping is requesting, you may be charged additionally for the actual cost of the requested service. International shipping is a flat rate and will be updated to reflect current USPS Priority Mail International shipping prices.

How do I track an order that's been shipped? 

You will be sent an email once your order has been confirmed that will allow you to check the shipping status of your order.  Once your order has shipped, you will be able to track your order delivery date with the link provided in the initial email.  Additionally, you can retrieve your order information by logging into your account on the website. 

Is in store pick up an option? 

We currently do not offer an in store pick up option.  

What are the lead times? 

We aim to ship orders within 2 working days for domestic orders and 4 working days for international orders. However, this may sometimes be longer due to other circumstances such as order volume and backorders. Also, we do have a few special-order items that have longer lead times. These lead times are noted on the items page.

Taxes

Because we are a Florida based company, if you are a resident of Florida we are required by law to collect taxes from you.

Customs, Duties and Taxes for all orders shipping outside of the US 

Please be aware with international orders; customs fees, duties, taxes and or brokerage fees may apply. Please check with your local government/customs agent to see if any fees apply. These fees are not included in your order cost and are not handled by Pups Up LLC. It is your responsibility to pay any fees that your government may request or require.
